This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Family Judge, Sivagangai to dispose H.M.O.P.No.217 of 2024 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.217 of 2024, on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai under Section 13(1)(i-a) and (i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking divorce.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that H.M.O.P.No.217 of 2024 seeking divorce is pending from 2024 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

4.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.217 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible. 5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
