ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 16.08.2024 W.P(MD)No.326 of 2022, wherein this Court has issued a direction to the transport corporation for cancellation of the E.P.F. family pension. However, by way of several communications, the transport corporation has requested the writ petitioner to provide documents. Despite several requests, all the documents have not been produced. However, the contempt petition has been filed. Even this Court has granted adjournments on several occasions for the petitioner to comply with the request made by the transport corporation. Despite several adjournments, the contempt petitioner is not able to comply with the request made by the transport corporation.
