The petitioner with an allegation that the orders of this Court in WP.(MD)No.886 of 2025 dated 10.01.2025 has not been complied with, has filed this contempt petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent Police has registered a case in Cr.No.340 of 2025 for the offence under Section 115(2) BNS and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this contempt petition is closed.
