ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 09.09.2015. The marital relationship between the parties appears to have come under strain. The respondent/husband filed FCOP No.71 of 2018 seeking divorce before the Family Court, Erode. The petitioner is based in Oddanchatram. Therefore, it will be difficult for her to go over to Erode and contest the proceedings there. 2.The petitioner is a woman. Hence, in the interest of justice, this Court withdraws FCOP No.71 of 2018 from the file of the Family court, Erode and transfers the same to the file of the Sub court, Palani. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
