ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue permanent patta in respect of the property situated in S.No.41/4 at Pennampatti, Neiveli village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
3. According to the petitioner, two cents of land in S.No.41/4 at Pennampatti, Neiveli village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District was given to him in the year 1993 and he has been in possession and enjoyment of the same. He submitted a representation on 24.11.2022, seeking issuance of permanent patta. The same has not been considered by this Court and hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 2/4
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 24.11.2022 will be dealt with in accordance with law.
5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.11.2022 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.
6. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
