Prayer in SA(MD).507/2017 :

To set aside the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No.28 of 2013 on 27.02.2015 on the file of IVth Additional District Court, Tirunelveli confirming the Decree and Judgment passed in O.S.No.9 of 2010 on the file of Sub Court, Ambasamuthiram dated 03.12.2012 and allow this Second Appeal.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.F.X.EUGENE, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.KRISHNAVENI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to return the documents, which were marked as Exs.B9, B10 to B14, B16 and B17, on the side of the defendants in the joint trial in O.S.No.8 of 2008 and O.S.No.9 of 2010 on the file of Sub-Court, Ambasamudram.
