After filing review application before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, present Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking speedy disposal.

2. Considering the facts of the case, this Court is of the view that the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, being a statutory body with composite powers, exercising the supervisory powers under Articles 226 or 227 of the Constitution of India over the Debts Recovery Tribunal without any adequate reason, will be abuse of the powers conferred under the Constitution. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to transgress the powers conferred under the Constitution of India.
