This Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned tender notification, dated 19.07.2018, passed by the fourth respondent and to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to issue fresh tender notification, in accordance with the Tamil Nadu Tender Transparency Act. 2/5

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that tender process has already been completed and the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
