The petitioner, who was placed under suspension on 13.11.2021, has filed a present Writ Petition seeking for payment of subsistence allowance for the period of suspension.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions from the Block Development Officer has submitted that the order in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.12009 of 2022 Na.Ka.No.A6/4453/2021 dated 06.06.2022 has been passed directing for payment of subsistence allowance to the petitioner from the date of his suspension from 13.11.2021.

3. In view of the aforesaid order dated 06.06.2022, the petitioner's grievance has been considerably met. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the second respondent herein to implement the aforesaid order dated 06.06.2022 and thereby, disburse the subsistence allowance to the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
