For Petitioner : Ms.M.Kalyani (in both petitions) COMMON ORDER When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner in both the cases seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the cases. She has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these transfer civil miscellaneous petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
