ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The only request made in the writ petition is that the second respondent must dispose of the petition mentioned proceedings within a time frame. No exception can be taken to this request. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the next hearing date is fixed at 03.00 P.M on 08.07.2022. The petitioner shall appear before the second respondent on the said date and time. The second respondent shall conclude the proceedings within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other.
