Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants survey to be conducted in respect of the petition mentioned lands. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that survey was attempted to be done but then there was opposition and objection from rival parties who are joint pattadars. Therefore, it is not possible for the Court to grant any direction as sought for. The petitioner shall necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court. All the rights of the petitioner are left open. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
