The Writ Petition is directed against the impugned order made by the second respondent in Ka.No.1856/2020-21/VI, dated 07.04.2021 and consequently, direct the respondents 2 and 3 to grant NOC for the petitioner's MS/HSD Petroleum Outlet at T.S.No.202/1, Kulavanigapuram Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
