This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Cr.No.28 of 2025 pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in Cr.No.28 of 2025 has been completed and final report has also been filed, which was taken on file in C.C. No.573 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil. 3.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to challenge the final report, in the manner known to law.
