Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to complete the enquiry in pursuance of the proceedings vide e.f.vz;.6965/2018-2/m2, dated 01.06.2018, on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner and other villagers, dated 05.05.2018 and consequently directing the respondents 2 and 3 to pass appropriate final order in accordance with law, within a time frame.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to conclude the enquiry initiated in pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner, within a reasonable time.

2. A perusal of the documents filed would show that the proceedings are pending in pursuant to the communication in Na.Ka.No.6965/2018/A2, dated 13.06.2018.

3. In such a view of the matter, we deem it fit to direct the second respondent to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the mean while, both the petitioner and the other party against whom the allegation is made shall be put on notice before concluding the proceedings. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
