ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side. All that the petitioner seeks is that renewal of the petition mentioned passport. It appears that Crime No.69 of 2019 has been registered against the petitioner herein on the file of the third respondent. W.P.(MD)No.12092 of 2020 of the passport. This will not be put against the petitioner. If the petitioner is eligible in all other respects, the petitioner's passport shall be renewed.

2.This writ petition is allowed. No costs.
