ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to grant exemption to the petitioner herein from paying the required Court fee of Rs.19,000/- in the above civil miscellaneous appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the Tribunal has passed an award, the second respondent is yet to deposit the award amount.

Considering the reasons assigned, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is exempted from the payment of Court fee of Rs.19,000/- in CMA(MD) SR.No.36186 of 2025 for the present, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay the entire Court fee, as and when the petitioner receive any part of the amount, that has now been awarded as compensation to the claimant / petitioner in M.C.O.P.No.98 of 2020.
