This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members without due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent against the petitioner, the second respondent police initiated an enquiry in C.S.R.No.409/2020 and after due enquiry, the same has been closed on 29.08.2020. 4. Therefore, in view of the said submission, it is made clear that in the absence of any complaint against the petitioner, the respondent Police shall not call the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry and harass them.

5. Accordingly, with the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
