PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 2 & 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members by interfering in a civil dispute in respect of the landed property to an extent of 2 Acres 53 cents comprised in Survey No.140/3A, Meenachipuram, Madurai East, Madurai District, which is subject matter of this proceeding pending in Na.Ka.No.2450 of 2021, on the file of he Revenue Divisional Officer, Melur by considering the representation given by the petitioner dated 19.07.2021 and for other reliefs.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 & 3, not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent, a case in Crime No.463 of 2021, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 447 and 506(ii) against the petitioner has been registered on 25.07.2021.

Crl.O.P(MD).No.9992 of 2021 against the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law. So, question of harassment or interference in civil dispute does not arise.
