Mr.P.Kottaichamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.288 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 307 and 506(2) of IPC in Crime No.288 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a wordy quarrel between the defacto complainant's brother-in-law, by name, Gnanaprakasam and A1 with regard to the parking of the vehicle, over which, the petitioner along with A1 and A2 attacked the said Gnanaprakasam with aruval. When the defacto complainant tried to stop the attack, she was also attacked by the accused. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) has raised serious objections that the victim is still in hospital and he has sustained a head injury. 5.
