To stay the operation of the order passed in MC No.5/2019 on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur dt.10/6/2022 pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Petition.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MOHAMED MOHIDEEN T.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.MOHAMED HANEEF, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to pay the entire arrear amount made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2205 of 2023 in Crl.R.C (MD)No.154 of 2023, dated 27.03.2023.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 27.03.2023, this Court directed the petitioner to pay the entire arrear amount of maintenance pending at that time to the respondent on or before 24.04.2023 and that subsequently, time was extended twice and lastly till 14.06.2023.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has not complied with the order of this Court and seeks further one month time.
4. Considering the time already granted to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to extend the time. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
