: Respondents/ Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the third respondent to further investigate the case in connection with Crime.No.143 of 2021 dated 08.06.2021 U/s 174 Cr.P.C by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2021 and to include all the offences committed by the accused.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to further investigate the case in connection with Crime.No.143 of 2021 dated 08.06.2021 U/s 174 Cr.P.C by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2021 and to include all the offences committed by the accused person. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent police has not taken any action on his representation, dated 21.09.2021, in connection with an FIR in Crime No.143 of 2021, for the offence under Section 174 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973. Hence, he filed this petition.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on investigation, in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10723 of 2022 Crime No.143 of 2021, dated 08.06.2021, the respondent police found that the deceased committed suicide due to family problem. Hence, in this regard, further action was dropped and a report was also forwarded to the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, on 28.06.2021. 4.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition stands closed.
