RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to shift the detenu, viz., Gnana Prakash @ Prakash, from the Central Prison, Madurai to the Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai, for proper treatment. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents produced a communication dated 22.06.2022 from the Medical Officer, Central Prison Hospital, Madurai, wherein it is stated that the said detenu has been shifted to Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai, and is under treatment there. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
