O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.137 of 2021 dated 29.03.2021 and to file the final report.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.137 of 2021, which was registered against the accused persons, for the offences punishable under Sections 355, 294(b), 323, 506(2), 406 and 420 of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of one year, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) seeks three months time to complete the investigation.

4. Considering the nature of crime, one month time is granted to complete the investigation and to file Final Report in Crime No.137 of 2021. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
