Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner claims to have done civil works for the fifth respondent Panchayat. His grievance is that his bill amounts have not been settled. The petitioner has already given a representation in this regard.

3. The petitioner is directed to appear before the fourth respondent on 05.09.2022 at 3.00 p.m. along with all the relevant records. The fourth respondent shall peruse the same. If he is satisfied that the works have been actually carried out for the fifth respondent, then the petitioner's claim shall be settled in accordance with law.

4. This writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
