ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 2 and 3.

2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3.This writ petition has been filed by an Assistant in a Panchayat seeking a mandamus to revise her seniority in the cadre of Assistant based upon her objection dated 01.04.2024.

4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents 2 and 3 brought to the notice of this Court that the objection of the writ petitioner has been considered and an order has been passed on 27.05.2024. 2/4

5. Considering the above said facts, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. The writ petition stands closed with liberty to the writ petitioner to challenge the order dated 27.05.2024, if she is so advised. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
