ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family on the guise of enquiry.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Clara over which the money transaction, enquiry has been undertaken in CSR.No.62 of 2023.
3.Since it is a money transaction between the parties, let the complaint be closed by directing or advising the parties to workout their remedies through appropriate civil proceedings. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
