ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein is shown as A2 in Crime No.31 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police for offences under Sections 406, 417 and 420 IPC.
2.The petitioner moved this Court on two earlier occasions, seeking the very same relief. This Court declined to grant anticipatory bail. There is no change in circumstance. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner, however argued that the petitioner is also a victim on circumstances. According to him, he paid a certain amount to the first accused Vijayasekar, who had https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ procured the goods in question, fraudulently to the defacto complainant.
4.This Court is of the view that this is a matter for investigation. Therefore, the question of granting anticipatory bail does not arise.
