[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachment made
in the property comprised in Survey No.252 of Edayapatti (West) Village, Kadavoor Taluk, Karur District, which is classified as water body, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2019, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the encroachment in question will be removed within a period of four weeks.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to remove the encroachment in question within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.
