Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner seeks issuance of passport. He submitted the petition mentioned application. It appears that a criminal case is pending against the petitioner. But then, it is only at the FIR stage. Therefore, there cannot be any impediment for processing the petitioner's application. The first respondent is directed to process the petitioner's application and issue passport to the petitioner subject to the fulfilment of usual formalities. 3.The writ petition is allowed accordingly.
