Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.SURIYA NARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ regularly and the investigation is almost completed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is working as a teacher and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
