ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The prayer in the writ petition is to forbear the electricity board authorities from granting electricity service connection to the fourth respondent.

3.Even before notice was ordered in the writ petition ie., 17.06.2022, electricity service connection has already been granted to the fourth respondent. Therefore, no further order is required in the writ petition. It is also stated that writ petitioner filed a civil suit. The rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the said civil suit. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

4.With this clarification, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 12.07.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No ias 3/4
