PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to set aside the order passed in I.A.No.4 of 2023 in O.S.No.361of 2022 dated 19.10.2023 on the file of the III Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order passed in I.A.No.4 of 2023 in O.S.No.361of 2022 dated 19.10.2023 on the file of the III Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent / plaintiff filed a suit in O.S.No.361 of 2022 seeking a declaration declaring the General Power of Attorney said to have been executed by the petitioner and her brother in favour of the seventh defendant as Document No. 3087 of 2022 dated 02.05.2022 as null and void and for consequential reliefs. During the pendency of the suit, respondents 5 and 6 cancelled the power of attorney executed in favour of the seventh respondent and registered as Document No.8303 of 2022, on 29.11.2022 and produced the same before this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that, in view of the subsequent cancellation, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed by striking off the suit in O.S.No.361 of 2022.
