The petitioner is claiming to reimburse Rs. 1,62,942.21/- spent by the petitioner for the treatment of his mother Mrs.T.Pushpam within a stipulated time.
2.The impugned order is passed by the 5th respondent rejecting the same stating that the hospital in which the treatment was given is a nonlisted hospital. If there is any rejection then the District Level Committee is an appropriate authority to consider the same. 3.Therefore, the impugned order is quashed. The petitioner is directed to submit the records of the treatment before the 4th respondent Committee. Thereafter, the Committee shall consider and pass order within a period of 12 weeks.
