ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.ILANGO, Advocate for the petitioner and Respondents 1, 5 to 7 not appeared either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ The petition has been filed to condone the delay of 124 days in filing the appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The respondents 2 to 4, are the minors represented by the first respondent. Though notice was served on the respondents 1,5 to 7 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation either in person or through counsel. 4.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to Rojavanam, Home for Old Aged, Melur Road, Uthangudi-Ulaganeri, Madurai-625 107 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
