(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice) Petitioner has rushed to this Court in view of the fact that respondents, though have issued possession notice with respect to 2.43 acres covered by sale deed document No.160/2008 - S.No.44/2, the board at page No.98, according to the petitioner, has been placed in the property belonging to petitioner admeasuring about 9 acres. 2/4

2. Counsel for respondent states that the board will be immediately removed and placed in the correct property.

3. The board shall be removed before the end of this week.

4. In view thereof, counsel for petitioner states the petition be disposed of.
