This Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaints dated 24.01.2022 and 02.06.2022 and complete the enquiry within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the first respondents and the same was forwarded to the second respondent and same is still pending without any progress. 3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and if any necessary parties and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
