For Petitioner : Mr.J.Jaaswant For R4 : Mr.M.Saravanakumar COMMON ORDER The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai, in compliance with the order of this Court dated 10.06.2026 has passed the order in I.A.No.7 of 2026 and I.A.No.8 of 2026. He has further stated that the suit is now posted for evidence on the side of defendants 3 and 4. As the learned Trial Judge has extended his indulgence to the defendants to let in evidence, he shall record the evidence on 02.07.2026 and ensure that the crossexamination is completed by 10.07.2026. After hearing the arguments of 2/4
both sides, he is requested to dispose of the suits in O.S.No.131 of 2006 and O.S.No.101 of 2002 by 14.08.2026. The learned Judge is reminded that the civil suits pending for nearly 20 years is long enough for the Court to enter judgment upon. It is hoped that the learned Trial Judge will comply with the directions given for disposal of the suits.
2.With the above directions, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
