[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] This writ petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.01.2019. 2.

In the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 05.01.2019, the petitioner requested the respondents to construct a bridge in Theni Road between Mudakku Salai and Arasaradi, instead of the proposed Project to construct a bridge in the Dindigul-Madurai Byepass Road from Guru Theatre to Ponmeni. 3.

The 3rd respondent has filed a counter affidavit, inter alia pointing out the importance of the project proposed and the recommendations of the officials.

It is now brought to the notice of this Court that the project as planned had been executed and therefore, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the same, the prayer of the petitioner in the representation cannot be considered in the light of the completion of the project as proposed.
