letter from the first respondent vide letter Omu.No.A3/2941/2022 dated 27.04.2022 based on the representation dated 25.04.2022 given to first respondent by the petitioner.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents informs the Court that the case of the petitioner appears to be sustainable.

3. The third respondent is therefore directed to correct the FMB error in respect of the petition mentioned property and issue the corrected copy. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
