ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner, on 23.06.2020, within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2.The case of the petitioner is that she purchased 24 cents of agricultural land in the subject property through registered sale deeds dated 13.02.2008 and 08.03.2008. The further case of the petitioner is that a joint patta was issued in patta No.661 in the name of the petitioner and others.
3.The petitioner made a representation for conducting a survey in the subject properties and to issue a separate patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the properties purchased by the petitioner. Since the same did not considered, the petitioner approached this Court and filed W.P.(MD).No.15518 of 2020 and this writ petition was disposed of by an order, dated 06.11.2020, by issuing directions to the respondents.
4.The petitioner, thereafter, made a representation to the respondents and the same did not evoke any response and left with no other option, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
5.Heard Mr.R.Alagumani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.
6.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the earlier orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD). No.15518 of 2020, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner, on 23.06.2021 and act upon the same on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the respondents 5 & 6 and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the third respondent along with all relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
8.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
