ORDER

I have heard Mr.R.Velmurugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the official respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2025.

3. The petitioner has made the above representation challenging the wrong issuance of patta in the name of one Tirupathi, S/o.Bangaru Chettiar, who has been arrayed as fourth respondent in the writ petition.

4. In the light of the above, it would suffice to dispose of the writ petition directing the competent authority, the second respondent herein to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2025, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the fourth 2/4

respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, disposing of the petitioner's representation, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
