RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ directing the 2nd respondent to appoint the petitioner as Professor in Computer Science in the 3rd respondent University in view of selection of the petitioner for the appointment to the said post vide Selection Committee report dated 11.01.2018 and Syndicate Resolution dated 26.01.2018 and in furtherance of order made in W.M.P.(MD).No.8717 of 2018 in W.P.(MD). No.6136 of 2018 and by considering the petitioners representation dated 07.01.2019 within the period that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.AJMAL KHAN, Senior Counsel for M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.J.PADMAVATHY DEVI, Special Government Pleader for R1 and of Mr.ISAAC MOHANLAL Senior Counsel for M/S.ISAAC CHAMBERS on behalf of the Respondents 2 & 3, the court made the following order:-

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to appoint the petitioner as Professor in Computer Science in the third respondent University in view of selection of the petitioner for appointment to the said post vide Selection Committee report dated 11.01.2018 and Syndicate Resolution dated 26.01.2018 and in furtherance of order made in W.M.P.(MD)No.8717 of 2018 in W.P.(MD)No.6136 of 2018 and by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2019 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned Counsel appearing for the second and third respondents.

3. The petitioner, now, indicated that he gained experience from various Universities, but inadvertently, failed to enclose the required documents along with the application.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to submit all the required certificates before the Authorities concerned within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such required certificates, the same shall be processed and placed before the competent Authorities.

5. Post the writ petition on 05.03.2019.
