This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise to consider the petitioner's application dated 28.06.2021 for change of premises of the petitioner's Club under FL2 License No.13/2009-2010 from Puthukadai Post to Keezhkulam Post, Kanyakumari District.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that now the change of address has been made.

3.In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to raise the valuable points at the time of hearing in W.P. 2/4

(MD)Nos.15986 and 16780 of 2022. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
