ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.VISVALINGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.SRIMATHY, Special Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. The learned Special Government Pleader fairly submits that the petitioner did not participate in the strike called for by their association and he was also not detained by the police authorities.
