PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents 4 and 5 from following 'Ex-Mi System' instead of 'Direct Delivery System' and claiming transportation charges while supplying kerosene to the petitioner without getting revision of oil company issue price and wholesale issue price from the first to third respondents under Clause 13 of the Tamil Nadu Kerosene (Regulation of Trade) Order 1973.
