This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.04.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint against the third respondent before the second respondent, but no action was taken. Therefore, she filed this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint against the third respondent and the same was closed after enquiry in C.S.R.No.534 of 2024 dated 10.07.2024 and again, the petitioner lodged the same complaint and the same was also closed after enquiry on 01.11.2024. Now, again, the same petitioner was lodged the same complaint through representation dated 15.04.2025 and the same is pending and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of 15 days. 4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the third respondent, is inclined to pass orders.
5. Since the complaint of the petitioner is under enquiry by the second respondent, this Court, recording the same, directs the second respondent to consider the representation dated 15.04.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of this order.
6. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
