To call for the records and set aside the order passed in Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.55/2010-2011 dated 08.01.2013 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli and by the 1st respondent in ARC No.15/2010-11 dated 04.08.2011 and consequently directing the 2nd respondent herein to pay a sum of Rs. 3,33,766.04 along with interest within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.C.HEROLD SINGH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.J.GUNASEELAN MUTHIAH, Additional Government Pleader, on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Heard.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 221 days in filing the above review application.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the length of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay subject to the payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Legal Services Committee, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.

3.This petition is accordingly ordered.

4.In the event of payment of cost, the Registry is directed to number the review application, if it is otherwise in order and list the same "for admission" forthwith.
