No.5115 of 2021:- Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time by two weeks for complying the conditional order dated 30.03.2021 made in Crl.RC.(MD).No.273 of 2021. Prayer in CRL RC(MD). 273/ 2021:- Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to call for records relating to the order dated 11.03.2021 made in Cr.M.P.No. 683 of 2021 on the file of the Special Court under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors(In Financial Establishment) Act, 1997, Madurai, seeking modification of the order dated 02.03.2021 made in Cr. M.P. No. 568 of 2021 by the said Court in Crime No. 2 of 2020 on the file of the respondent, set aside the same.

Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.MALAICHAMY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Counsel for State Government (Crl Side) on behalf of the Respondent, this Court made the following order: This matter is listed today under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.

2.This Court by order, dated 30.03.2021 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.273 of 2021 directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of R.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the credit of Cr.No.2 of 2020 within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of that order. Failing which, the bail granted to the petitioner by the trial Court stands automatically cancelled. But the petitioner has not complied with the condition and he seeks extension of time to comply with the condition.

3.This Court granted time till 13.08.2021 to comply with the condition passed by this Court. However, the petitioner has not complied with the condition so far.
