O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.04.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint against the respondents 3 to 5 before the second respondent on 15.04.2025, but no action was taken. Therefore, he filed this petition.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2025 is pending for enquiry and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action.

Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the respondents 3 to 5, is inclined to pass orders. Since the petitioner's complaint is under enquiry by the second respondent, recording the same, this Court directs the second respondent Page No. 2 of 4

to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 15.04.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to both the parties within a period of 15 days from the date of this order.

7. With the abovesaid observation and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
